The 1/4 network is a project launched by NOVA University Lisbon, which aims to promote the rental of rooms to university students by families or individuals who have a room available in their home (or another) and are interested in hosting a student.
This initiative is in the test phase but tries to respond to the housing crisis that takes place in Portugal.
