The initiative is designed to promote access to reading through temporary mobile libraries placed in high-traffic public spaces, such as public squares and metro stations. By offering a diverse range of books, including less accessible titles, at affordable prices, these libraries cater to both dedicated readers and newcomers. Situated in communal spaces, they transform these areas into small cultural hubs, promoting literacy and community interaction.
